The room decor resembles cheaper hotel chains rather than what you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. Noise levels from large family groups can be distracting, especially during late-night events. Planning simultaneous activities, like Zumba and chocolate tasting, could lead to crowds and tension. I'd suggest a separate wing or floor for families to keep quieter areas for couples wanting to relax. Overall, the experience had its highs but needed improvements in several areas.
